  1. Excellent tool, thanks! This really helps with link outreach and rep management tasks. Looking forward to seeing what else you come up with. ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. This is a really cool tool, but my spreadsheet didn’t seem to work properly. I get the following error message:

Error: Could not fetch url: http://www.google.com/search?num=100&q=“massage”&start=0

Is there something I am doing wrong? I input the domain url without the “www.” and then input a search term, but it doesn’t run. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

  3. Hi Sean,
When I first open the sheet it works and I see all the mentions appear in red but before any of them really have a chance to turn green they just disappear. Refreshing the page or changing any of the site or query info does nothing. Any Idea why?

  4. Hey there, I inputted my info but nothing happened. I also tried the info already populated but nothing happened as well. What do I need to press to
    make it execute?

    • I’m having the same issue. I’ve been trying to use it for a few days now and still cant get it to work. Is there a bug?

    • I’m seeing the same exact issue. Made my own copy, changed out root domain and search query, but the tool isn’t processing.

      • Hey Sean, really awesome tool – thanks for building this. However, I’m seeing the same exact issue. It processed once for me, but then I tried processing again for a different query and nothing is showing. Did you discover the problem? If so, how can I get it to work?

    • I’m having the same issue. I even tried the example used in the video, and am getting no response. Nothing is happening. Was a solution for this ever found?

  5. I was using this to great success but now it’s not working for the projects I was using it with.

Is there a tutorial to rebuild it?

  6. Hi Sean,

Found out the problem was due to the captcha from Google. I was playing too much with all your ranktank stuff I guess ๐Ÿ™‚ but there’s no fallback in this google doc for captcha (and also no option to pick a google domain, that would be awesome too).

  7. Hey Sean,

Awesome tool! Noticing the same issue as others above though – the doc processed my query once but not any other time. What am I doing wrong?
